Navigator Nation: A Year of Learning, Growth, and Connection
Good-bye 25-26 Message
Dear Navigator Nation,
As we close out the 2025–2026 school year, we want to take a moment to thank you for being such an important part of our Murray Elementary community. This year has been filled with growth, achievement, and meaningful connections, and we are incredibly proud of all we have accomplished together.
Throughout the year, our students engaged in hands-on learning experiences that fostered creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking. From literacy-rich instruction to innovative classroom projects, our students continued to grow academically and build confidence in their abilities.
We are also grateful for the strong partnerships we share with our families. Events like Literacy Night, Math night, Family fun runs, Family Picnic, and Award Ceremonies, , all of which highlighted student growth, achievement, and school spirit.
As a proud DoDEA school, we also honored and supported our military-connected students through events like the Month of the Military Child, recognizing their resilience and strength.
Above all, we remained committed to providing a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment while ensuring every student received the support they needed to succeed.
As we look ahead, we are excited to continue building on this success by strengthening academic achievement, deepening family partnerships, and supporting every child’s growth.
Thank you for your continued trust, support, and partnership. You make Murray Elementary a place where students truly learn, grow, and shine.
We wish you and your family a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summer!
Warm regards,
Sharon Summerlin
