Dear Murray ES Families,

Welcome to Murray Elementary School, home of the Navigators! On behalf of the dedicated Murray ES Staff, it is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to our school community. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve our military-connected families, and we consider it an honor to be part of your educational journey.

At Murray ES, we are committed to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment where all students can thrive and achieve their highest potential. Our mission aligns with the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), which is to “Educate, Engage, and Empower military-connected students to succeed in a dynamic world.”

As your Principal, I wholeheartedly embrace the charge to ensure that there is “Excellence in Education Every day for Every student” at Murray Elementary School. Our dedicated teachers collaborate and align their instruction using DoDEA College and Career Ready (CCR) standards. Your child(ren) will engage in meaningful learning activities that foster problem-solving skills, encourage thoughtful responses, and promote student collaboration.

We recognize that strong communication between the school and home is essential for the success of our students. I encourage you to actively participate in our school community by joining the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), volunteering, and attending school events. Together, we can create a supportive and enriching environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
